Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

In 2004, after exploring a variety of options, Master Engineers started the process to continue the company after Charlie Parker’s anticipated retirement. The owners decided that an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provided the best means to transition ownership and provide for the employees’ future in the company.

Anderia Thacker and Charlie Parker spent countless hours researching the aspects, pro’s and con’s of ESOP’s. These efforts, combined with counsel from our accountant, lawyer, and other trusted colleagues, resulted in the funding of the ESOP, beginning in 2004.

The performance of our ESOP is the result of the success of the company. The success of the company is a direct reflection of the success of all who work here. Thus, the ESOP provides a reward to all employees for their efforts in contributing to the performance of Master Engineers And Designers, Inc. Through the ESOP, the company will continue to serve our most important assets—our clients.
